Role Overview

The Luxury Sales Assistant position invites you to embody the brand’s commitment to luxury and excellence as a key representative. Your primary responsibility will be to offer an outstanding luxury shopping experience by leveraging thorough product expertise to satisfy customer needs and achieve sales goals. You will collaborate with store colleagues to uphold exceptional standards in service delivery, visual presentation, and client engagement.

Requirements

• Proven background in sales within luxury retail environments.
• Strong ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented settings.
• Keen fashion sense with awareness of luxury brand trends.
• Flexibility and dependability to work shifts over a six-day workweek.
