Role Overview

We are looking for a capable and driven Safety & HR Coordinator to join our expanding transportation and warehousing team. This role focuses on driver recruitment, onboarding, training, safety compliance, and day-to-day human resources management. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the aptitude to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new drivers while maintaining thorough employee records.
• Ensure adherence to transportation safety regulations and company policies.
• Organize driver safety orientations and training sessions.
• Track safety metrics and support investigations of incidents.
• Handle HR documentation, benefits administration, and provide employee assistance.
• Keep precise records and compile compliance-related reports.
