Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst will play an essential role within our Revenue Operations Deal Desk team. This position demands ensuring operational excellence across the entire deal lifecycle by collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product departments. You will be responsible for managing the quote-to-close process, supporting complex deal structuring, guaranteeing policy compliance, and aligning revenue goals effectively to accelerate closure of high-quality deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial team with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contractual conditions.
- Create, update, and oversee customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals.
- Serve as a primary contact for Commercial team inquiries related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity aspects.
- Evaluate and authorize non-standard deal requests ensuring adherence to internal protocols and revenue guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to maintain compliance, manage risks, and ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Support initiatives from Commercial leadership aimed at optimizing quote-to-cash operations and strengthening pricing governance.
- Ensure accuracy of deal data in CRM platforms and provide data insights to enhance forecasting and sales efficiency.
- Develop and refine deal approval processes to boost sales speed and effectiveness.
- Manage workflows for approvals related to discounting, exceptions, and unique terms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years' experience in sales or revenue operations, sales support, or an equivalent position.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication skills to balance strategic and detailed attention.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, notably Salesforce, and familiarity with contract management tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of various business models, pricing mechanisms, and revenue recognition standards.
- Background working in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and metrics with the ability to improve and optimize procedures.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
