About the Role
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Retail Sales Representative based in Quilpie, Queensland. This role involves supporting the rural products team at the branch by overseeing logistics operations such as safely receiving and dispatching stock. Leveraging your knowledge of seasonal and rural products, you will deliver excellent customer service and cultivate strong client relationships. Your efforts will help uncover new business opportunities while utilizing resources available from our extensive Elders network to develop your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with in-store sales of rural products and handle queries efficiently.
- Manage quote creation and sales-related administrative duties.
- Fulfill client orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Receive and dispatch stock securely and accurately.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships by recommending appropriate Elders products and services to drive their business success.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet established KPIs and targets.
- Support inventory activities including stocktaking and ensuring safe dispatch processes.
- Carry out sales transactions and prepare client quotes.
Candidate Profile
- Genuinely passionate about positively impacting clients and supporting rural communities.
- Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to provide effective client assistance.
- Demonstrated success in sales, especially within retail environments.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills with existing and potential clients.
- Hold a valid driver's license; forklift license is advantageous, with assistance offered to obtain it if needed.
