About the Role
Chef’s Table & Cake Studio seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager to take charge of daily restaurant functions, supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and maintain seamless cooperation between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and create staff schedules while supervising team members.
- Maintain high service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Keep track of inventory levels, enforcing hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Contribute to enhancing sales performance and operational productivity.
