Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Assess guest preferences and recommend appropriate villa options and stay experiences.
• Respond swiftly to enquiries while maintaining diligent follow-up with prospective clients.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed reservations, aiming to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to guarantee a smooth guest journey from inquiry through check-in.
• Keep precise records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions for organizational transparency.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong sales aptitude with proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Highly responsive, well-organized, and adept with managing calls and messages.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Experience in hospitality, travel sales, reservations, real estate sales, or other client-facing sales environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with adaptable working hours.
