Role Responsibilities
- Lead the replenishment team to guarantee excellent product availability in-store.
- Oversee stock management strategically, ensuring proper product rotation and conducting quality inspections.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining attractive and well-organized stock displays focusing on essential items, promotions, and fresh produce.
- Coordinate with the Availability Leader to manage fill requirements and avoid sales losses due to stock gaps.
- Provide leadership and clear guidance to SOS and other teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards.
- Address escalated process issues, perform regular operational health checks, and implement improvements for continuous efficiency.
- Participate actively in store leadership, including serving as Acting Store Manager during designated shifts and engaging in collaborative "Better Together" initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships.
- Proven leadership skills in team management, including delegation, progress monitoring, coaching, and motivation.
- Outstanding communication capabilities to clearly convey tasks, deadlines, and performance expectations.
- Data-informed decision-making skills with a high degree of accountability and accuracy in task delivery.
- Alignment with company values, demonstrating integrity and commitment.
- Availability to work at least four weekend shifts monthly, including a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday, plus one evening shift per week until store closing.
