RadNet Radiology is currently offering Remote Medical Scheduler positions as part of their team.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Remote Medical Scheduler will be responsible for managing patient interactions related to appointment scheduling for important imaging services. This key role involves handling scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment management duties while providing courteous and professional support within RadNet's network of imaging centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently including scheduling and rescheduling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during patient communications.
- Support patient care workflows across multiple imaging facilities.
Employment Details and Location Requirements
This role requires training attendance onsite at 1825 SE Tiffany Avenue, Suite 104, Port St Lucie, FL 34952. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of this office to accommodate initial in-person training and onsite work as needed. The position offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities to perform duties remotely after training.
Compensation and Benefits
- The position pays $16 per hour with the potential to earn additional monthly incentives or bonuses.
