Project Overview
This contract is for a creative assignment supporting a high-end residential renovation company in Brisbane, Australia. The goal is to produce a polished brochure or booklet that presents completed architectural renovation work in a way that feels premium, trustworthy, and visually refined. The finished piece should help the business strengthen its marketing presence through strong imagery and well-crafted messaging.
What You’ll Create
- Build a multi-page brochure or booklet in Canva that works well for both online sharing and printed use.
- Use the supplied professional images of finished renovation projects throughout the layout.
- Write and arrange clean, compelling copy that clearly communicates the company’s services and capabilities.
- Make sure the overall design matches the brand style and conveys a high-quality, professional impression.
- Provide the completed files in the requested formats, along with editable Canva links so the team can make future updates.
Required Experience and Skills
- Background designing brochures, booklets, or similar marketing materials, ideally in architecture, construction, or design.
- Strong Canva skills, plus a portfolio that shows confident use of layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to produce concise, persuasive, and well-structured written content.
- Careful attention to detail and a consistent focus on polished, client-ready output.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with collaborators.
- Ready to begin quickly and complete the project within the agreed schedule.
- Experience with luxury or premium brands would be an advantage.
