About the Role

Responsibilities
In this role, you will mentor and assist sales agents, oversee performance metrics, and help craft sales strategies after familiarizing yourself with the business operations. This position provides practical exposure to leadership, communication, and team development within a company focused on growth and employee advancement.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-driven and motivated to excel
- Potential or eagerness to develop leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently
- Competency in fundamental computer tools such as Zoom and Google Calendar
- Previous experience in sales or management is advantageous but not mandatory
