Role Overview
This is a fully remote position focused on accurate data handling and day-to-day administrative assistance. The role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing structured data work with general office support.
You will be responsible for keeping records current, updating internal tools, and helping administrative workflows run smoothly. Careful, precise work and consistent organization will be important to supporting reliable operations across the business.
Data Entry and Record Management
- Enter, refresh, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
- Check records for completeness and accuracy, making sure details stay current.
- Keep digital files and datasets organized in a clear, structured manner.
- Spot data mismatches, inconsistencies, or errors and help correct them.
Administrative Support and Coordination
- Assist with standard administrative work and internal operational processes.
- Maintain trackers, logs, and reporting files.
- Help coordinate tasks so work is completed on schedule.
- Organize documents and support file management for quick access.
Communication and Task Tracking
- Review incoming requests and direct them to the right person or process.
- Share clear updates with team members about data issues or progress.
- Monitor task status and follow up on pending items.
- Provide updates on work that is finished and items still outstanding.
Documentation and Quality Control
- Use consistent formats across records and documentation.
- Carry out regular checks to maintain data quality and uniformity.

Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail when working with data.
