Job Overview
Colaval is looking to hire a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join their expanding team. This role is full-time and completely remote, open to applicants based in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise entry, updating, and maintenance of information within company databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately from different source documents into designated computer databases, files, and forms.
- Review data for errors or shortcomings, correcting inconsistencies, and validate outputs for correctness.
- Confirm accuracy by cross-checking data against original source documents and update as needed.
- Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality following company policies and security standards.
- Produce reports, archive finished work in assigned locations, and conduct routine backups to protect data.
- Address information requests promptly by accessing relevant files efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
- Stable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.
