Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Remote Customer Assistant to manage customer communications and support administrative activities. This fully remote role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational skills.
Primary Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and digital platforms
- Keep customer databases and tracking systems current and accurate
- Manage scheduling and follow-ups for various requests
- Systematize digital files ensuring proper recordkeeping
- Monitor outstanding tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Accurately input data into systems
- Compile routine reports and provide operational updates
- Deliver general administrative and operational assistance as required
Qualifications

- Experience working with online tools and digital platforms
