Relationship Officer - Home Loan and Loan Against Property

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking Relationship Officers for our banking operations specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Candidates will be engaged in field sales to drive loan business in multiple locations including Hyderabad, Mohali, Ludhiana, Dhanbad, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Siliguri, Ranchi, Delhi NCR, and Faridabad.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for Home Loan and LAP through various channels such as open market sourcing, builders, brokers, DSAs, and connectors.
• Leverage customer referrals to expand potential client base.
• Engage directly with customers to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Meet and surpass monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Perform field visits to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate.
• Prior experience ranging from 6 months up to 5 years in relevant roles.
• Minimum CIBIL score of 700 required.
• Age limit up to 33 years.

Compensation and Location

Budgeted salary up to INR 400,000 per annum inclusive of incentives. Multiple job locations available across several cities.
