Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager on our Education Success team, your responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of education partners, fostering their success, engagement, and retention. Your role involves establishing strong relationships, promoting product usage, and managing account health proactively to support renewals and growth. Acting as both a strategic consultant and customer advocate, you will collaborate closely with Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize the partner experience. Expect 25-35% travel time, subject to season and business demands.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of education partners, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop tailored engagement initiatives, training programs, and checkpoints to boost product adoption and overall partner wellbeing at scale.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to address partner needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated success in onboarding, enhancing adoption, retaining customers, and securing renewals.

  • Adept at managing complex customer relationships and conducting sensitive discussions with confidence.
