Role Purpose
This role is meant for energetic professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in gold loans who want to build a long-term career in this domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with customer-facing sales work, have strong written and spoken communication, know the basics of MS Office, and be fluent in the local vernacular language of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by reaching out to prospects and sourcing customers for gold loans.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling and timely interest collection.
- Evaluate and appraise gold loan applications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Handle customer follow-up, register upkeep, daily reporting, cash management, and accounting tasks.
- Promote cross-sold products at branch level, including insurance offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in gold loans is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office is expected.
- Ability to speak the regional vernacular language is mandatory.
