About AAVAS Financiers
AAVAS Financiers focuses on providing housing loans mainly in unserved and underserved markets across multiple Indian states including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha, and Karnataka. The company currently operates 350 branches across 13 states.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, clarify various product options, and persuade customers regarding the suitable offerings.
- Handle all aspects of customer management including fulfilling their expectations, discovering new business potential, and documenting customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and promote additional products for cross-selling.
