About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager specializing in mortgage and loan against property (LAP) loans to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of property documentation and have a strong background in micro LAP financing. This position involves managing at least one branch with a focus on loan portfolios averaging between 2 and 10 lakh INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 1 or more branch operations ensuring loan processing efficiency.
- Manage loan products with a ticket size typically ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹10,00,000.
- Ensure the return on investment (ROI) remains within 20% to 26%, maintaining a minimum threshold of 20%.
- Lead and coordinate team members, providing guidance and leadership under a team handling profile.
Requirements
- Prior experience specifically in mortgage and LAP loans is mandatory.
- Strong understanding and familiarity with handling property documents.
- Proven background in micro LAP loan management.
- Demonstrated stability in career with no frequent job changes.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges between ₹20,000 and ₹34,000.
