About the Role

A leading care provider based in Dublin is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their residential care team on a temporary basis. This position involves delivering comprehensive clinical care to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans tailored to each resident.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe treatment responses.
• Oversee the work of healthcare assistants and ancillary staff members.
• Keep detailed and timely nursing records and documentation.
• Provide prompt clinical intervention during emergencies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, their families, and healthcare colleagues.
• Foster an environment prioritizing safety, dignity, and respect for all residents.
• Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Relevant nursing credential such as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must have Garda Vetting clearance.
