Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Carry out intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain accurate progress data for each client.
• Work closely with families and the broader care team to support client progress.
• Help maintain a safe, encouraging environment throughout therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $24 to $30

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain it.
