Job description

Overview

The Partner Office Regional Manager will oversee the expansion and management of Partner Offices within a designated region including locations such as Kanpur, Noida, Gurugram, Indore/Raipur, and Ludhiana. Reporting to the Zonal Head of Partner Office, this role entails leadership of a team of 7–10 PO Territory Managers (initially 7), focusing on partner recruitment, activation, productivity oversight, team development, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of 7–10 PO Territory Managers, starting with 7.
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding of Partner Offices via Territory Managers.
  • Ensure activation, consistent productivity, and operational excellence of Partner Offices.
  • Take ownership of regional business objectives including WFYP, Partner Office coding, activation, and persistency.
  • Conduct training sessions, field coaching, and collaborative work with POTMs to enhance performance.
  • Focus on uplifting people capabilities, skill-building, and team development of the PO Territory Managers.
  • Empower Partner Offices through sales coaching, product expertise, and process training.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Partner Office Heads and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all processes comply with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Number of Partner Offices recruited and activated.
  • Partner Office productivity metrics.
  • Achievement of weighted first-year premium (WFYP) targets.
  • Growth in capability and productivity among PO Territory Managers.
  • Maintaining quality, persistency, and adherence to compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in sales, distribution, or BFSI sector with at least 3–5 years in sales team management.
  • Background: Proven track record in partner-led or agency distribution models.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership skills with a training and development focus.
  • Experience in partner recruitment and enhancing productivity.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and nurture teams effectively.
  • Results-driven with a robust execution orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.

  • Industry experience preferred in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Distribution.
