Role Overview

We seek a Recruiter to join our streamlined People team, playing a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring outstanding talents across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and design. This hands-on position suits candidates eager to thrive in a dynamic startup setting while establishing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles spanning engineering to design.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to fully understand departmental needs and desired candidate profiles.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches for attracting leading passive candidates through multiple channels, managing both inbound and outbound recruitment.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate screening.
• Lead thorough initial interviews assessing experience, soft skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Set realistic candidate expectations regarding the company’s unique equity-based compensation model and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Support onboarding efforts to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
• Maintain precise and current candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Engage in occasional talent acquisition projects to refine recruitment processes and technology utilization.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within startups or fast-growing companies.
• Proven success managing inbound and outbound recruitment targeting high-caliber candidates across multiple functions.
• Skillful at managing stakeholder expectations and consistently delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Strong organizational ability to juggle several priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills complemented by active listening.
• Proactive with a results-driven approach and a heightened sense of urgency.
• A comprehensive understanding of how various roles impact overall company performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity and experience with equity-based compensation recruitment.
