Job Overview
This role is based in Greater Indianapolis with a preference for candidates residing in North Central Indiana or the Northeast or Northwest sides of Indianapolis. The ideal applicant must be bilingual and possess a strong background in recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and support recruiting and sourcing strategies tailored for client groups, including candidate engagement and client management while staying updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with Business Owners, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and Plant Managers to devise and execute recruitment programs such as Job Fairs, Community Programs, and HR & Safety Seminars.
- Provide client groups with feedback from exit interviews and share relevant market and industry insights.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess and summarize their relevant skills and experience for Hiring Managers.
- Work with Human Resources to extend job offers to both internal and external candidates.
- Apply a data-driven recruitment approach to enhance standards, develop smarter strategies, and improve key performance indicators.
- Maintain expertise in all recruitment activities related to assigned business groups and clients.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Between one to three years of prior experience in staffing or recruiting is preferred.
- Familiarity with or ability to learn organizational policies, products, and services.
- Understanding of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and statutes.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client worksites for meetings, facility tours, and safety assessments.
- Work arrangement includes a hybrid model.
