Overview

JMC Aviation is expanding and is hiring a Recruiter to join its Toronto team. The position supports growing operations across Canada and the US. It suits someone who enjoys a busy, relationship-led environment and wants to build a lasting career in a specialist market.

Role Summary

In this position, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, beginning with candidate sourcing and screening and continuing through placement and post-placement support. You will partner with experienced consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to create a strong recruitment experience.

Key Duties

• Find, screen, and engage aviation professionals
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep CRM data accurate
• Carry out interviews and coordinate submissions to clients
• Assist with offer handling, onboarding, and compliance steps
• Develop long-term connections with both candidates and clients

Candidate Profile

The company is open to applicants with varying levels of experience. Recruitment background is preferred, while aviation or technical recruitment is helpful but not required. Strong communication, relationship-building ability, organization, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities are important. A sincere interest in aviation and people-focused work is also valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 95,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include a quarterly team bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, more than 20 days of PTO plus public holidays, and ongoing training, development, and advancement opportunities.
