Role Overview

As the Receptionist for SO/ Ras Al Khaimah within the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be the initial contact point for guests and play a key role in delivering a warm, smooth, and efficient arrival-to-departure experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Update reservations, room allocations, and guest details in the Property Management System (PMS).
