Job Overview
Aahan Holiday Home is looking to hire a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant for their hotel located in Culvem Village, Gorai, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and supporting office tasks within the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage front desk activities including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Attend to phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage reservations efficiently.
- Support office operations such as maintaining records, documentation, and coordination.
- Deliver courteous customer service and assist with hospitality functions.
- Maintain billing, guest records, and prepare necessary reports.
- Reside at the property as required and assist the management team.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass; graduates are preferred.
- Age range between 18 to 35 years.
- Willingness to stay at the hotel property during employment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
