Role overview

AAA Global’s client is a multi-strategy proprietary trading firm looking to add an experienced systematic trader to its Dubai team. The position is centered on researching and running systematic strategies in Indian markets, with access to capital, robust infrastructure, and a collaborative research-focused setting. Visa support is available for the role.

What you will do

• Develop and execute systematic trading strategies for Indian markets, especially NSE and BSE.
• Use research and quantitative analysis to identify and refine trading opportunities.
• Contribute to strategy scaling in a high-performance proprietary trading environment.
• Work with the broader team in a collaborative, research-driven setup.

What the role calls for

• At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in live systematic trading.
• A demonstrated history of delivering steady trading P&L.
• Prior experience trading Indian equities or related market instruments on NSE/BSE.
• Strong analytical thinking and research ability.
• Solid programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• A quantitative degree or background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a similar field.
