Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on raw materials, samples during production, and final products to ensure standards are met.
• Oversee and maintain product quality, ensuring adherence to all relevant food safety regulations.
• Assist research and development activities, support process optimization, and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Manage laboratory instruments, maintain testing records, and update quality documentation accurately.
• Implement and supervise adherence to quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ensuring compliance across operations.
• Handle investigation of quality-related problems and collaborate with production departments to execute corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and proper documentation of all samples and tests conducted.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Comprehensive understanding of edible oil testing procedures, quality assurance methods, and food safety standards.
• Experience operating laboratory apparatus and conducting analytical evaluations.
• Effective communication abilities, meticulous documentation skills, and the capacity to collaborate within teams.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and laboratory information management systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates possessing ITI Certification in Laboratory Assistance for Chemical Plants, B.Tech or B.E. degrees in Food Technology, B.Sc in Food Technology, or Diplomas in Food Technology are eligible to apply.
