Quality Control Officer - Raw Materials

Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Control Officer for Raw Materials at Medicef Pharma Limited, located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This position involves the thorough sampling, inspection, and testing of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sample collection and quality testing of all incoming raw materials.
• Verify the Certificates of Analysis (COAs) accompanying raw materials.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Decide on approval or rejection of materials based on test outcomes.
• Perform investigations into any quality-related discrepancies or failures.
• Liaise effectively with warehouse and production departments for quality coordination.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) in any discipline is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Excellent documentation and record keeping skills.
