Role Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves designing, executing, and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with standards such as AS9120, Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S). Key tasks include conducting and managing audits, addressing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), overseeing documentation, performing inspections, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), handling customer complaints, assessing risks, providing training, and driving continuous improvements to meet regulatory and customer standards.
