Job Summary

The Q-com Supply Chain Executive will oversee complete inventory operations for Quick Commerce channels such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. The position demands daily interactions with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and guarantee uninterrupted product availability across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and process purchase orders from Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto, coordinating with internal teams and warehouse staff to maintain full order fulfillment.
• Plan daily and weekly stock dispatch schedules to the platform warehouses, ensuring prompt generation of purchase orders, shipment tracking, and receipt confirmations.
• Serve as the main contact point for inventory-related issues with Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto, ensuring products are live, GRNs are confirmed, and receiving processes are swift.
• Liaise with internal and third-party logistics warehouses to manage picking, packing, and dispatch operations compliant with platform service level agreements, and address challenges such as pilferage, expiry, or damages.
• Maintain detailed daily reports including inventory trackers, dispatch logs, inwarding status, and live SKU health dashboards to facilitate quick stock replenishment and reduce losses.
