Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Purchase Executive specialized in gold, diamond, and polki jewellery. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing jewellery, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring quality and pricing standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing activities for gold, diamond, and polki jewellery aligned with business needs.
- Identify reliable vendors and coordinate procurement efforts.
- Assess quality, pricing, and authenticity of jewellery products.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory updates.
- Negotiate prices to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Stay updated on jewellery market trends to guide buying decisions.
- Ensure timely receipt of products and consistent stock availability.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery purchasing.
- Sound knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewellery.
- Strong skills in negotiation and vendor management.
- Familiarity with inventory and billing software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
