Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Property Management Administrator to become a key member of the Property Management Team. This full-time, office-based role is essential in supporting daily administrative tasks within the department, particularly focusing on tenancy records, document preparation, compliance monitoring, and internal systems management.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist Property Managers with administrative functions related to residential property portfolios.
- Update and manage tenancy information using property management software such as MRI Qube, Yardi, and Building Link.
- Enter and handle rental figures and tenant data with precision.
- Prepare and send rent review notifications complying with legislation, including rent review calculation (RRC) duties.
- Carry out Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registrations and tenancy updates.
- Compile, format, and maintain lease documents, reports, and templates.
- Distribute documents electronically through DocuSign and manage tenant communications via property management platforms.
- Organize and maintain digital and paper tenancy files.
- Support mail merge operations and manage tenant correspondence and notices.
- Conduct miscellaneous reporting and data tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years’ experience in detailed administrative roles, preferably in the property sector.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numeric and document data.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a high-paced environment.
- Adaptability to learning new software systems, especially property management tools.
- Professional and polite demeanor with confident communication.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, notably Word and Excel.
Beneficial Experience
- Previous use of MRI Qube, Yardi, Building Link, or similar property management software.
- Knowledge of RTB procedures and national rent control regulations.
- Experience with document formatting and digital communication applications.

- This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 38,000 per annum.
- The role is full-time, permanent, and based onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
