Project Sales Representative (Duct Systems)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Sales Representative specialized in duct (air ducts) systems at a metal industries manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for the marketing, sales, and contract coordination for supplying and producing HVAC ducting and ventilation channels for large-scale projects and contractors. The position serves as the crucial link between on-site project requirements and actual factory production.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Business Development: Seek out new construction projects (commercial, residential, or industrial) and establish communication with contractors and consultants.
• Blueprint Analysis: Review HVAC plans and compute quantities of sheet metal and metal components needed for projects (shop drawings and take-offs).
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit technical and financial bids, follow up on negotiations until contracts are awarded and finalized.
• Contract Management: Coordinate between factory management (production) and project sites to ensure timely delivery and product quality compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 8 years of experience in metal sales/supply or central HVAC systems.
• Technical proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and knowledge of sheet metal types and insulation used in ductwork.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Possession of a valid driving license is required; having a personal vehicle is preferred for site and client visits.
