SimCorp, a global leader in investment management solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join its EMEA team in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing the implementation of SimCorp Dimension and related services for clients such as asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance firms, and pension funds. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery encompassing design clarification, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and training phases.
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementation workstreams by identifying tasks, dependencies, and estimating time and resources while providing regular progress updates.
• Coordinate seamless handovers between Presales, Onboarding, and Run phases.
• Conduct workshops for gathering business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Global PMO to enhance and document best practices for implementations worldwide.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as plans, reports, and risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) change requests.
• Monitor customer feedback actively and communicate insights effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks consistently.
• Motivate and lead the project team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Proven experience managing complex multi-stream projects in dynamic business environments.
• Certification in PMI, Prince2, or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services sectors.
• Experience with financial technology implementation projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the MEA region for client engagements.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Availability to work onsite at the SimCorp office twice per week.
• Open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
