Project Manager - Growth (Remote)

Role Overview

This contract position as a Project Manager - Growth allows you to work remotely from anywhere. You'll oversee project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverable deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate collaboration among technical teams, product managers, and external parties to meet project milestones.
• Track project status continuously, identify risks early, and apply mitigation plans to avoid delays.
• Lead regular status meetings, document follow-up actions, and monitor issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects, preferably in technology or software development settings.
• Familiarity and proficiency using project management software tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks.
• Strong prioritization abilities, deadline management, and flexibility to adjust to changing project needs.

Compensation
