We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Global Occupier Services - Integrated Facilities Management division in Dublin. This role involves overseeing projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver professional project management services for designated projects at client locations, campuses, and facilities.
- Serve as the main point of interaction with client representatives onsite, ensuring alignment and coordination with the property or facility management teams.
- Monitor and coordinate service delivery related to client contracts involving project management and tenant improvement projects.
- Collaborate effectively with account managers, building/facility management, clients, and property owners.
- Create meeting agendas, maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet project goals and client expectations.
- Provide continuous updates to building management on project progress.
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and review drawings with clients and facility teams across all phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction.
- Assist with selecting consultants and construction teams; manage contracting and oversight processes.
- Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; consult with clients and property management regarding costs and project impacts.
- Support marketing efforts for services as requested.
- Adhere strictly to corporate, client, and building policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with building/facility teams to meet quality, service, cost, and profitability targets.
- Report significant issues, findings, and outcomes to supervisors along with suggested recommendations.
- Seek necessary approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, or expenses exceeding budgets.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain high quality and quantitative work performance standards.
- Continually enhance skills and remain updated in project management and related fields.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
- At least 5 years of directly related experience in engineering or construction project roles.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- At least 3 years supervising teams in a project management setting, with experience in leading, motivating, and developing staff.
- Hands-on experience managing tenant improvement construction projects is preferred.
