Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 7 to 15 years of experience to oversee mission-critical construction projects at multiple locations across the United States. This role primarily involves managing large-scale, technically complex projects, particularly in data centers or similar sectors.
Locations and Travel
- Omaha, NE
- Kansas City, MO
- Abilene, TX
- Blacksburg, WV
- Dallas, TX
Approximately 75% travel is expected, though relocation assistance is available if needed.
Role Expectations
This position suits candidates experienced in leading construction projects from the preconstruction phase through to final closeout. Ideal applicants often come from backgrounds such as general contracting, MEP coordination, subcontractor project management, or commissioning.
Key Qualifications
- 7 to 15 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven leadership with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Skilled in budget oversight, schedule management, and directing field teams
- Experience handling large-scale or technically demanding projects
- Preferred experience in the data center or mission-critical construction sectors
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
