Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Project Coordinator to become a vital member of our Services Operations team. This role involves managing financial reporting and revenue monitoring for multiple business divisions, guaranteeing precise forecasting and prompt revenue acknowledgment. It offers a high-profile position with opportunities for leadership advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planned completion dates and assist in automating revenue tracking and reporting processes
  • Examine revenue data from enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, and BFS, guiding Order Entry and Scheduling teams accordingly
  • Manage work order administration, budget control, and scheduling across various service teams including Power Services, ASCO, and Secure Power
  • Prepare service quotations and facilitate the conversion of purchase orders across business units
  • Take charge of delivering revenue and finance reports to essential stakeholders
  • Set work priorities ensuring that materials, labor, and resources are appropriately scheduled
  • Act as the main point of contact between service personnel, internal teams, customers, and subcontractors
  • Inform customers and related teams of any scheduling conflicts, delays, or changes
  • Assist management in resolving system issues affecting revenue recognition
  • Coordinate with Warranty and Advanced Software teams to support accurate forecasting and seamless execution
  • Monitor gross margin performance and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Participate actively in weekly operational meetings to discuss project challenges, backlog, forecasting, work-in-progress, and resource management

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in service order administration, project coordination, or order management roles
  • Competence with Office365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and enterprise business systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
  • Attention to detail with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Customer-oriented approach coupled with professional liaison abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
