Overview
We are looking to hire a motivated and well-organized Program Manager at an entry level to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse programs and cross-departmental projects. This role requires supporting program administration, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, generating reports, and improving processes to ensure all goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and executing program-related activities and initiatives.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and key performance indicators of programs.
- Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for program tracking.
- Organize meetings, record action points, and ensure follow-up on responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to fulfill program goals.
- Help in resource allocation, timeline planning, and risk management activities.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, records, and compliance materials.
- Evaluate ongoing progress and suggest enhancements for operational processes.
- Facilitate communication and reporting with stakeholders.
- Contribute to special assignments and strategic projects when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience ranging from none to two years, including internships and academic projects.
- Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in project coordination, program management, or operational support roles.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
- Experience delivering reports and presentations to varied stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CAPM or equivalent project management credentials are advantageous.
