About Masters Union
Established in 2020, Masters Union is a pioneering, industry-focused university centered on business, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship education. It emphasizes experiential learning by combining academic coursework with practical projects, startup development, and global exposure. Currently, Masters Union educates approximately 3,500 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive levels, nearly half of whom are seasoned professionals. Role Overview
The Program Manager role at Masters Union is pivotal and closely interfaces with senior leadership to advance the university's top priorities. This position blends strategic planning, operational execution, data analysis, and program management to ensure swift and high-quality implementation of key projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee critical strategic projects cutting across various departments including Academics, Admissions, Marketing, Student Experience, Career Services, Finance, and Operations.
- Facilitate seamless coordination with department heads and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage comprehensive project lifecycles—planning, aligning stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely closure.
- Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with relevant parties to remove obstacles.
- Develop and analyze key metrics to support leadership decision-making through insightful reports and dashboards.
- Create executive-level presentations, business reports, and analytical models utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers, dashboards, and operational documentation supporting governance and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, documenting outcomes and following up on action points.
- Optimize workflows and procedures, enhancing operational effectiveness and reporting mechanisms.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in program management, executive assistance, operations, strategy implementation, or comparable roles involving substantial coordination.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, capable of producing high-quality analytical models and persuasive presentations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with keen organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ownership, proactive attitude, discretion, and confidentiality in professional conduct.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a degree such as B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.Com, B.Sc, or any undergraduate degree.
