Product Manager - Payment Solutions & Cash Management

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager specializing in Payment Solutions & Cash Management to spearhead strategic projects within payments and cash management domains. This role demands significant experience within the Saudi banking and payments industry, hands-on expertise in product development, and a strong history of managing projects from concept to implementation and beyond.

Responsibilities and Expertise Required

• Hands-on experience in at least two core areas: Corporate Cash Management & Liquidity, Payments & Payment Rails, Collections, POS & E-commerce Acquiring, or Cards & Digital Wallets.
• Deep familiarity with the Saudi financial ecosystem, including working within a Saudi bank, licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP), or a payments company.
• In-depth practical knowledge of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations and compliance approval mechanisms.
• Experience engaging with Saudi payment infrastructures such as SARIE, Saudi Payments, mada, SADAD, ZATCA (Fatoora), Mudad, Nafath, and Open Banking frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards, SWIFT protocols, API integrations, and payment system connectivity.
• Awareness and application of AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, PCI DSS requirements, and data privacy standards.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Capability to develop high-level executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
