Product Manager - GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and AI Neocloud

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and AI neocloud platform. This critical, hands-on role sits at the nexus of cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, accelerated computing, and customer engagement. It involves collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and client teams to develop services catering to large-scale AI training, fine-tuning, inference, and emerging autonomous workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GPUaaS and AI cloud solutions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis focusing on hyperscalers, AI-focused clouds, and evolving GPU infrastructure providers.
• Convert customer requirements and market dynamics into prioritized product features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to articulate platform architecture and oversee product delivery.
• Manage the lifecycle of GPU compute products encompassing provisioning, scheduling, networking, storage, and AI platform services.
• Establish pricing strategies, packaging, commercial models, and business cases supporting new offerings and platform investment.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment with market fit and client demand.
• Lead the cross-functional planning, prioritization, and launch activities for new products and updates.
• Track customer feedback, monitor industry advancements, and integrate emerging AI technologies to refine platform features continually.
• Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and product success metrics.
• Support critical customer engagements, executive presentations, and partnerships with key technology providers such as NVIDIA.
• Contribute insights on capacity planning, optimizing GPU utilization, and forecasting growth trajectories.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10+ years of product management experience in cloud services, infrastructure, SaaS, platforms, or enterprise technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical products from ideation through launch and scaling phases.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, GPU technologies, and accelerated computing.
• Familiar with NVIDIA hardware and software, Kubernetes container orchestration, virtualization, and distributed systems.
• Strong commercial insight including pricing strategy, business modeling, and market positioning.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical details into customer-centric product value propositions.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills across multiple teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with emphasis on measurable business impact.
• Capability to combine strategic vision with practical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
