Product Manager - 3P Marketplace

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead development of pivotal features in our product roadmap, influence key business metrics, and craft specifications for innovative technologies. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in overseeing intricate business operations, navigating technical challenges, and collaborating effectively with partner teams to successfully drive initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and vision.
• Manage feature prioritization and make trade-offs to deliver quality products at the right time.
• Encourage and guide decision-making across teams.
• Collaborate with international product teams to discover and support new product and service innovations.
• Resolve obstacles by coordinating with stakeholders and secure endorsement for strategies and roadmaps through persuasive communication to peers and senior leaders.
• Lead the customer experience by working closely with internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, operations, and technology teams locally and globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product/program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
• Proven track record in owning and directing product roadmap strategy and execution.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product solutions including managing feature trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Skill in statistical analysis using SQL, Excel, and comparable tools.
• Background in operations management roles such as Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations.
• Experience working with internal customers, notably in emerging market contexts.
