Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate vendor onboarding processes, including creation, vendor due diligence reviews, documentation upkeep, and periodic compliance audits to ensure audit and regulatory preparedness.
• Handle day-to-day procurement activities across indirect spend areas such as professional services, marketing, HR, and legal, ensuring strict compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle, covering RFP and RFQ execution, vendor evaluation, selection, and ongoing performance management.
• Lead negotiation efforts with vendors informed by product and market data; manage pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, service-level agreements, contract execution, and subsequent follow-ups.
• Support knowledge dissemination and training programs to elevate procurement awareness and adherence within the organization.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, transparency, and compliance in procurement workflows.
• Assist with data analysis, invoice verification, process triggering, and maintaining procurement documentation to ensure accurate and timely information management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
• Excellent communication proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with vendors and stakeholders across various regions.
• At least three years of practical experience in indirect procurement, with advantageous exposure to compliance, marketing, technology, or professional services sectors.
• Capability to enhance procurement efficiency through an understanding of contract provisions, strong process orientation, and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and prompt issue handling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle and vendor assessment methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A highly customer-focused approach combined with a strong ownership mindset to comprehend and meet business requirements delivering impactful outcomes.
• Results-driven attitude with an independent yet collaborative work style involving global stakeholders.
