About the Role

Join Northrop Grumman's dynamic leadership development team dedicated to enhancing enterprise leadership capabilities. As the Principal Talent Assessment & Coaching Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the delivery of leadership assessments and coaching initiatives that drive leader development, readiness, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full coordination and logistics for leadership evaluation tools such as 360-degree feedback, potential assessments, leadership diagnostics, and facilitate timely debrief sessions and progress tracking.
  • Handle participant communications and scheduling to ensure smooth and timely completion of assessment programs.
  • Ensure precise configuration and successful execution of assessments across various platforms and external vendors.
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking of assessment participation, completion statistics, and adherence to timelines while safeguarding data accuracy.
  • Compile and prepare data for reports and dashboards that support program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Arrange coaching engagements logistics, including scheduling and monitoring participant progress.
  • Connect assessment findings with coaching or developmental activities to enhance leadership growth.
  • Act as a primary liaison for participants, HR collaborators, and program teams facilitating clear, timely communication and effective coordination.
  • Work closely with leadership development teams to synchronize assessments with program schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize assessment and coaching tools, templates, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline with at least five years of pertinent experience, or a master's degree with three years of relevant experience.
  • Background in Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or program coordination roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-step program logistics including scheduling, tracking data across multiple systems, and ensuring all follow-ups and communications occur promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling leadership assessment or coaching initiatives.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools such as Korn Ferry, Hogan, and various 360-degree feedback platforms.
  • Strong data literacy skills enabling thorough data cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and presentation through charts, dashboards, and visual summaries.

Additional Details

This is a fully remote role based within the continental United States; telework arrangements may change depending on business needs. Approximately 25% travel is expected. No security clearance or relocation assistance is provided. Salary ranges between $85,600 and $128,400 annually, subject to candidate experience, educational background, and market conditions.
