Postal Delivery Worker for Parcels and Letters (m/f/d)

Role overview

In Witten, you will work as a delivery courier responsible for bringing letters and parcels to customers in your assigned area. The role is offered as a full-time position on-site and starts immediately on a temporary basis at first.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay of €18.50 according to the tariff agreement, including a 50% Christmas bonus and a regional labor market allowance
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November
• Holiday bonus of up to €332
• 38.5 working hours per week

Main duties

• Deliver letters and parcels using the tools provided by the company
• Carry out deliveries on 5 working days per week, from Monday to Saturday
• Handle items that weigh less than 10 kg on average
• Use company vehicles for delivery, including fully electric vehicles

• A valid driving licence for a passenger car
• Basic spoken German skills for everyday communication
• Comfort with working outdoors in all weather conditions and a hands-on approach
