Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists and chiropractors during patient evaluations and treatment procedures.
• Prepare therapy rooms and set up necessary equipment prior to sessions.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines under supervision.
• Support rehabilitation efforts including mobility, gait training, and transfer techniques.
• Administer basic physiotherapy modalities as directed by therapists.
• Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, sterile, and well-organized.
• Observe patient comfort levels and promptly communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Document patient treatment data accurately and maintain records.
• Help in scheduling appointments and occasional front desk tasks.
• Assist with patient education for home care practices.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed 10+2 with Diploma in Physiotherapy or certified as a Physiotherapy Assistant.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged; clinical experience is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computer use.
• Effective communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach toward patients.
• Good organizational ability and multitasking skills.
• Capability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional demeanor and ethical behavior.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly remuneration ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR, depending on experience.
