Overview
We are seeking a discreet and highly efficient Personal Assistant to support Senior Management at Givenchy Studio in London. This role focuses on providing confidential administrative assistance across personal, family, and organisational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level personal assistance with utmost discretion and attention to detail.
- Manage personal correspondence including emails, drafting letters, and liaising professionally with external contacts.
- Handle daily personal administrative tasks and ad hoc requests, utilizing sound judgement consistently.
- Serve as a trusted coordinator for personal and family matters to ensure smooth continuity in a dynamic environment.
- Oversee family scheduling such as school administration, appointments, activities, and logistics.
- Maintain sensitivity and discretion managing day-to-day family administrative functions.
- Proactively anticipate needs to ease daily pressures for the Principal and their family.
- Administer complex and frequently changing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and engagements accurately.
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Keep precise records, filing systems, and maintain important personal documentation efficiently.
- Ensure all deadlines, follow-ups, and commitments are tracked and adhered to effectively.
- Provide flexible assistance beyond regular working hours as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or equivalent high-trust support role is essential.
- Outstanding organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communications, with excellent command of the language.
- Educational advantage includes English at A-Level or degree level.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Highly professional, discreet, and confident when managing confidential information.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset capable of independently anticipating needs and resolving issues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively prioritising in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible and adaptable with readiness to support outside usual office hours if required.
- Previous experience in fashion is not mandatory; relevant experience from various sectors is welcomed.
