Role Overview
We are seeking a People Assistant to join our dynamic People Advisory team, reporting directly to a People Partner. This role is pivotal in providing administrative, data, and system support to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of client work. Ideal candidates are service-driven, proactive, and excel at organizing tasks, helping the team stay coordinated and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist People Partners in executing client projects and formulating people strategies and plans.
- Manage administrative duties and data management for client teams, delivering top-quality People Administration support.
- Attend client meetings to take notes, maintain work-in-progress documents, and track follow-up actions.
- Develop expertise in HR software including HRIS, Performance Management, and Engagement platforms.
- Provide administrative assistance across various clients ensuring adherence to legal compliance and best practice.
- Contribute to internal projects at We Are Charlotte as needed.
Working Environment
The role operates in a hybrid setting comprising home and office locations, occasionally including client premises.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Comfortable handling data to inform decisions.
- A dedication to continual learning and remaining abreast of current HR developments.
- Flexible and capable of juggling various priorities within a dynamic context.
